Business travel, entertainment and games, education and teaching... With the rapid development of the information age, consumers are using laptops more and more frequently, and the requirements for notebook display screens are becoming more and more diverse. HKC Huike innovatively proposed the concept of green TED high-penetration notebook display. By continuing to promote the development and iteration of LCD drive technology, it will respond to the dual needs of the notebook market and customers, and lead the industry's innovative and green development.

In the early days, liquid crystal driving display technology was mainly based on traditional Single Gate LCD. This technology adopts a single-gate structure. Although it meets people's viewing needs to a certain extent, there is still room for improvement in terms of image quality and power consumption.

With the emergence of DRD (dual-rate driving) technology, new breakthroughs have been made in liquid crystal display technology. DRD technology optimizes the design of field effect transistors(specifically responsible for controlling the driving and changes of pixels) by controlling dual positive and negative gates. Although this design reduces the number of driver chips required by the panel by two, the aperture ratio is reduced by 15% compared with Single Gate. As the light transmittance of each small window on the LCD screen, the aperture ratio is the key to the brightness and vividness of the screen. Only when the aperture ratio is high can light pass through these small windows more easily, making the screen appear brighter and brighter. Therefore, the technology of DRD needs to be matched with a high-brightness backlight to achieve a highlight effect. This design architecture is obviously contrary to the development concept of green energy conservation.

In order to further improve the image quality and energy-saving performance of LCD screens, TED driver technology came into being. TED technology combines a timing controller (responsible for controlling the time and order of screen signal display) and a driving integrated circuit (ensuring that the LCD screen can work normally and display content) into one, simplifying the circuit structure of the display system, reducing manufacturing costs, and reducing loss and interference during the transmission of signals, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the system. At the same time, TED technology adopts efficient energy management strategies to achieve higher energy efficiency by optimizing power supply design and reducing power consumption, achieving the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection. While further reducing operating costs, it is also in line with the green development trend of modern society.

Following the industry trend, HKC Huike draws on the essence of TED drive technology, innovatively proposes the product concept of green TED with high penetration rate, and further develops technology research and development and applies it to Huike notebook displays.

The notebook display using Huike Green TED high penetration technology has an aperture ratio increased by 35% compared with ordinary DRD technology, achieving a penetration rate of up to 9.05%, reaching the first level in the industry. This means that under the same display area, Huike's notebook display can use light more effectively, making the picture brighter and clearer. And while maintaining the same product brightness, the backlight energy consumption of the display is reduced by 35%, effectively improving the energy efficiency ratio of the product and adding to Huike's sustainable development.

In order to further optimize the performance of notebook displays, Huike also adopts dual copper process technology to achieve low signal delay while maintaining ultra-high penetration. Power consumption is reduced by more than 20% year-on-year, effectively reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions., more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Moreover, the display uses a small number of IC chips, further saving the overall cost. The display has now passed the client's reliability condition verification and is about to enter the new product development and production stage.

Therefore, Huike TED green high-penetration technology not only achieves excellent performance with high penetration and low power consumption, but also ensures effective cost control and meets customers 'multiple needs in terms of performance, energy conservation and cost.

In an era where high quality and sustainable development coexist, the green TED high-penetration technology led by HKC Huike Innovation will empower more high-end products, provide consumers with clearer and vivid visual effects while promoting the industry's Green and low-carbon development.
