Huike Zhengzhou's new display base has stabilized mass production, receiving orders for 380,000 unit

On January 4, according to Henan Daily, Huike Zhengzhou's new display base has officially had large-scale production capabilities and entered a stable production stage. The release of production capacity has achieved remarkable results. In January alone, orders for 380,000 display terminal units were obtained, and the average daily delivery of products exceeded 10,000 units, demonstrating strong production capacity and market acceptance capabilities.

Public information shows that Huike Zhengzhou's new display base plans to cover a total area of approximately 1253 acres, and the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the first phase has an investment of about 3 billion yuan and covers an area of about 300 acres. The core construction is a new ultra-high definition display module and complete machine production line. After the project reaches production capacity, the annual output value is expected to reach 8 billion yuan. It is worth mentioning that the project put into operation this time started construction in September 2024, and the construction was completed and mass production was achieved in just 180 days, demonstrating the efficient project promotion efficiency.

In terms of production line design, the base adopts an innovative solution that integrates a modular and complete machine integrated line and a test double line, which not only effectively reduces the cost of line construction and clean room operation, but also has compatible production capabilities for multiple size products to maximize production capacity utilization. In terms of automation level, 13 efficient production lines have been laid out on the first floor of the base, and nearly 60% of the production processes have achieved intelligent operation, greatly improving production efficiency and product accuracy, providing a solid guarantee for stable mass production.

The production capacity and output value data are outstanding. Reports mentioned that during 2025, Huike's new display base in Zhengzhou produced more than 1.6 million display terminals in just a few months, with an output value of approximately 1.69 billion yuan. Lian Jidong, the person in charge of the base, said that currently more than 30% of the base's products are exported overseas. The market coverage covers the world except North America. The export scale and market share are steadily increasing, and the overseas market expansion has achieved remarkable results.

Huike has previously made it clear that the implementation of Zhengzhou's new display base is a key part of the company's strategic layout. After the base is put into operation, it will effectively radiate the markets in the central and western regions, further improve Huike's display industry chain layout across the country, and strengthen regional market penetration capabilities, thereby enhancing Huike's core competitiveness in the display industry and laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company.
