Dipley Lavat: Hello everyone! I am very happy to be here to share my experience with you.

Dipli Lavat: I was full of excitement and optimism at that time. Now, more than ten years have passed, and this feeling has evolved into a deep sense of belonging.

Dipli Lavat: My trip to Bako was full of continuous development. Both my role as head of human resources in India and the company itself are constantly evolving. From SAP implementation to agile transformation, I have always been at the forefront of many digital advancements. I never felt stagnant, there was always something new waiting to be discovered.
52DP: What major challenges have you faced in the past few years?
Dipli Lavat: The past few years have been full of challenges, including talent shortages, a wave of resignations and the rise of artificial intelligence in the workplace. But Barco became stronger in these transformations. Artificial intelligence has caused mixed feelings among employees, but the reality is that humans and artificial intelligence will coexist.
52DP: What major changes have been made in Barco's work culture?
Dipli Lavat: We have transformed from seven core values to three key cultural values: customer orientation, influential innovation, and successful collaboration. As a member of the core cultural team, I have witnessed firsthand how these values empower employees around the world.
