On March 10, BOE Zhuhai Crystal Core Technology successfully held a mass production delivery ceremony. This landmark event marked a solid step forward in the field of MLED. It is reported that the project's production capacity is expected to climb to 10000㎡/month by the end of the year.

The BOE Zhuhai MLED project has a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan and has more than 40,000 square meters of factory space. Since the start of construction in September 2024, the project has progressed at an impressive speed. It took only 83 days to successfully complete the construction of the factory and move the equipment in; then the debugging of the production line was quickly completed within 34 days, the product lighting was successfully achieved, and the mass production target was finally achieved in the first quarter of 2025.
This project focuses on the research and development and production of MLED direct display technology. By building the world's first" wafer hybrid solid process" platform and integrating independently developed hybrid solid algorithms and solid solid information interaction technology, it has created an internationally leading COB (Chip Direct Packaging), SMD (Surface Mount Device) and COG (Glass Substrate) production lines. The products cover all mainstream point spacings, and the total production capacity is planned to be 10000㎡/month. At present, the entire automation rate of the production line exceeds 96%, and reaches the thousand-level cleanliness standard, ensuring high precision and high quality of product production.

At the mass production and delivery ceremony, not only were the rich products such as BTC, BTQ, BRY, BTT, BSL, BKY, and BYH used by BOE's MLED business indoors, but also XR/VP virtual shooting, LED movie screens, and digital art installations were presented. The case fully demonstrates BOE's technical strength and innovative application capabilities in the field of MLED. During the ceremony, guests such as Wang Xiping, Executive Director/Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., delivered opening speeches, and Liu Yi, Vice President and CEO of MLED Business of BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., delivered a closing speech. BOE's MLED business successfully signed multiple project orders, including Shanghai Fudan University Project (COB P0.9 P1.2), Water Supply Bureau Project (COB P1.2), Smart Center Project (COB P1.2), High-end Conference Room Project (COB P0.9 P1.2), etc., injecting strong impetus into business expansion.
