At present, the construction of the first phase of Micro LED integrated packaging module production line has fully entered the equipment implementation stage, and the technical selection and matrix layout of core production equipment have been completed. In terms of semiconductor-level precision equipment configuration, equipment commissioning has been successfully completed and officially put into trial operation. It is estimated that by the end of October this year, the factory's investment in cutting-edge core equipment will reach approximately 120 million yuan, and the equipment scale will exceed more than 400 units, building a leading domestic Micro-LED integrated packaging full-process intelligent manufacturing system.

It is reported that Yuanxu Semiconductor Tianjin Production Base is a key construction project in the High-tech Zone, with a total investment of approximately 800 million yuan and an expected annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan. The project plans to build a 120,000-square-meter Micro LED display module production area, adopting a new generation of Micro-LED semiconductor integrated display vertically integrated manufacturing model, and strives to create a Micro LED chip covering wafer materials, chip design, chip manufacturing, chip packaging and testing. The entire industrial chain of R & D and manufacturing of Micro LED chips. In terms of production capacity planning, according to the news released by Yuanxu Semiconductor in February, the Tianjin Super Factory is expected to achieve a monthly production of 1500㎡Micro LED display modules by mid-2025, and the monthly production capacity will increase to 3000㎡ by the end of the year. By the end of 2026, the monthly production capacity is expected to reach 10000㎡, and plans to achieve a target output value of 1 billion yuan in the next three years.

The advancement of this project will further enhance Inspur Huaguang's production capabilities in the field of Mini/Micro LED chips and provide more high-quality products to the market.

Recently, Dianbai New Materials Industrial Park held a grand groundbreaking ceremony, and the first batch of three settled projects were officially launched, including the Yiyuanda Mini/Micro Led module production base project. It is understood that the total investment of Yiyuanda Mini/Micro LED project reaches 1 billion yuan (200 million yuan for the first phase and 800 million yuan for the second phase), and plans to lease 60,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings in the New Materials Industrial Park. This project mainly focuses on the production of Mini LED direct display modules, Mini LED backlight modules, Micro LED modules and other products. With the start of construction of the project, it will bring new vitality to the Mini/Micro LED module market and promote the industrialization process of related products.
