On July 23, heavy news came from the official website of Vogel Group, its RS project GCP (Glass Circuit Board) Mini LED light board officially entered the stage of mass production. This milestone marks a critical step in the industrialization of Vogel glass circuit boards, opening up a broader space for the application of technology in the new display field.

The GCP products mass-produced in this RS project focus on the pre-process link of Mini LED GCP (Glass Circuit Board) BP, which is the basic product of glass circuit boards whose circuit fabrication has been completed. According to the division of business, the post-process links, including lamp bead packaging, will be completed independently by the cooperative customers. This flexible division of labor model not only leverages Vogel's technical advantages in the front-stage process, but also reserves personalized processing for downstream customers. space.
With the mass production of the RS project, the application boundary of Vogel GCP products in the field of new displays has been greatly expanded. Previously, its glass circuit boards were mainly used in backlight modules, but now as a fully functional circuit board, it can provide customized delivery according to the technical needs and process standards of different customers. This means that Vogue can carry out multi-level cooperation with companies in the fields of display backlight design and display module manufacturing, forming industrial synergy effects from technology research and development to mass production.
In order to more accurately match market demand, Vogel officially divided the GCP product line into two major sections: the front section and the back section. Among them, the front-stage process products are mainly aimed at non-terminal brand customers, focusing on the manufacturing process of Mini
LED display modules; the second-stage process products directly connect with terminal brand customers to provide solutions closer to finished product applications. This segmentation strategy further improves the efficiency of adapting products to the market.
Founded in 2009, Vogel Optoelectronics is one of the few companies in the industry with full-process capabilities for glass-based circuit boards. Over the years, the company has made deep breakthroughs in core technologies, formed independent technical barriers in key areas such as glass thinning, yellow-light processing, micron glass through-holes (TGV), and multi-layer microcircuit lamination, and built a product matrix covering optoelectronic glass finishing, glass-based Mini/Micro LEDs, as well as glass-based high-computing power chip carriers, radio frequency device glass substrates, optical communication module glass substrates and other fields.
In recent years, Vog Optoelectronics has continued to promote the application verification and mass production of glass-based circuit boards in new display fields such as Mini/Micro LEDs, and its technical achievements have gradually been implemented. For example, its glass-based technology has been successfully applied to benchmark products such as Hisense's flagship display Dashi G9 and
Lehman Optoelectronics's 220-inch Micro LED, demonstrating its technological maturity and market recognition.

In terms of performance, in the first half of 2025, the glass-based circuit boards and display modules produced by Jiangxi Dehong Display Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vogel Optoelectronics, have achieved mass production and commercial use in Mini LED backlit display products in the 2304 Division; Another subsidiary, Hubei Tongge Micro, based on glass-based TGV circuit board products, continued to promote sample delivery verification with customers in multiple projects. During this period, it achieved revenue of approximately 8 million yuan, and the commercialization process advanced steadily.
In terms of production capacity layout, Jiangxi Dehong Display's glass-based backlight production line with an annual output of 1 million square meters in the first phase has entered the stage of mass production, providing stable support for market demand; Hubei Tongge Micro's first phase has an annual output of 100,000 square meters of TGV glass The product line is advancing small-batch trial production in an orderly manner, which will further consolidate the company's production capacity advantages in the glass-based field.
The large-scale mass production of GCP Mini LED light panels is not only a concentrated expression of the Vogel Group's technical accumulation, but also indicates the acceleration of the industrialization process of glass circuit boards as a core component of a new display. With the deepening of cooperation with upstream and downstream companies, Vogue is expected to occupy a more critical position in the Mini/Micro LED display industry chain, injecting new momentum into the industry's technology upgrades and product innovation.
