Recently, TCL China Star successfully held a mass production ceremony for COB direct display products of the MLED project at its Suzhou base. Its first Mini LED product, the P1.2 COB display, also achieved mass production and production. The first product in mass production this time, the P1.2 COB display, adopts a large-board design. This innovative measure promotes the upgrade of industry standards. The brightness of this product can be flexibly adjusted between 0-800nit, and the contrast ratio is as high as 5000:1, which can provide users with clear, delicate and brightly colored display effects. At the same time, the product also has the characteristics of arbitrary splicing, high reliability, etc., and can be widely used in various scenarios such as conferences, command centers, monitoring and security, and the market prospect is very broad.


The P1.2 COB display has also passed a series of rigorous tests, such as iron ball impact, high-temperature water spray, etc. In these tests, the structure of the product remains intact and has stronger impact resistance than traditional SMD screens. Its chip-level armor packaging technology hides solder joints inside the substrate, effectively improving the reliability and service life of the entire screen.
