Indoor rental displays require LED devices to have high light efficiency, high ink color consistency, high lighting consistency and high reliability; outdoor rental displays have higher product performance requirements due to the more stringent use environment.
With the increasing demand for high contrast in LED displays, packaging devices in the form of black lights are developing rapidly. White lights can improve reflectivity and are more suitable for scenes with higher brightness requirements, and have also attracted market attention.

Its ultra-high brightness is 50%-70% higher than that of the original 2727 product. It is suitable for the 10,000-level brightness market. Through the optimized optical design of the lamp bead angle of 80, dual optimization of light efficiency and energy consumption is achieved.° The outdoor series (white materials) are mainly Top1921, which adopts a flip chip process, which successfully solves the problem of electrode metal ion migration and short circuit, and the brightness is higher than that of full-scale products. Cinda Optoelectronics's 4-in-1 series is mainly based on Top 4 in 1-P1.953 3535. It adopts a special structural design to achieve the ultimate black screen effect. The low-gray reflection is lower than the mask, and the original image quality can be accurately displayed under strong light. Use SMF process to straighten the surface of the lamp bead twice to ensure that the surface is smooth and without color differences. Compared with four single TOP products, the number of pins is reduced by 6 and redundant pin positions are designed, which greatly enhances the anti-bump ability.
