The upgrade of TCL's corporate culture is very necessary and is in line with the company's current development situation. Specifically, I summarized the following four personal feelings:

As we all know, TCL has always been a company that proactively assumes social responsibilities. This time, it regards harmony and symbiosis as a corporate culture practiced by all employees, which further reflects the company's people-oriented and win-win cooperation business philosophy. A single tree does not make a forest. In a severe market environment, it is difficult for a single company to achieve a leading position. It depends more on the linkage of upstream and downstream companies to accelerate technological development, promote industry upgrading, and then move towards global leadership.

The third is to add changes to the core values. Taking TCL China Star as an example, in order to better support the achievement of its strategic goals in the next five years, it is facing the future, actively embracing change, carrying out a series of change projects, laying out the world's leading strategic goals in advance, and integrating change into the blood of the company.

Shangxian Business Department was established in December 2021 and belongs to the Huaxing Large size Business Group. After establishing a separate business division, we realized that we still had many shortcomings that needed to be filled, and we immediately joined the ranks of TCL China Star series transformation.

The first is digital transformation. As the market scale continues to expand, TCL China Star has gradually developed into a global enterprise. Shangxian involves a lot of cross-regional and cross-field cooperation. Under such circumstances, we must establish more complete processes and systems. In 2021, TCL China Star formulated the 3525 digital strategy, using processes, systems, data, and organization as the starting point, and comprehensively launched a three-year process planning project. Throughout 2022, we will continue to implement process construction work to provide the company with more comprehensive data support and ensure that business goals are achieved.

In order to cope with the rapid changes in the market and truly be customer-centered, Shangxian Business Department actively introduces integrated product development to target commercial success, and makes key breakthroughs in emergency modules such as roadmap planning, Charter development, technology platforms, and backbone processes. Strengthen cognitive upgrades and capacity building for heavyweight teams to promote their efficient performance of responsibilities. Make up for shortcomings through internal changes and realize the transformation from follower to leader.

The first example is the story of Shangxian's team challenging 3 billion yuan under the guidance of the spirit of excellence.

In a work report at the beginning of 2021, Zhao Jun always encouraged our team: If your team can achieve 3 billion yuan in revenue this year, we will establish Shangxian as an independent business unit.& quot; After hearing this, I fell into thought, because 3 billion yuan has doubled compared with 2020, which is very challenging for a team of dozens of people at that time, but we were not afraid or hesitant. We took the initiative to put forward a more challenging goal: 3 billion yuan will be reached in September, one quarter ahead of schedule.

In order to fulfill our commitment to the company, we are goal-oriented and end-oriented, sort out the work plan layer by layer, and identify and formulate risk plans in advance. The sales team has set more challenging shipping goals, accelerated customer development and introduction, and never missed an opportunity; the product team has advanced product project establishment and mass production schedules, coordinated operations to prepare materials, and done a good job in risk identification and management; The R & D team accelerates technology research and development and product improvement. In the process of unswervingly moving towards the goal, every monthly goal has been exceeded. In September, we reached the revenue target of 3 billion yuan ahead of schedule. Looking back at the process of turning impossible goals into possible goals, I think it is the Shangxian team 's practice of the spirit of excellence in TCL's corporate culture. In the face of difficulties, we must fight to the end, and mission must be achieved has become the driving force that drives our entire team to continue to work hard and constantly challenge higher goals.

Second, I want to talk about how under the guidance of innovative spirit, our Shangxian R & D team has challenged the top of the three China Star Large size BG.

The first innovation challenge is the narrowest. The splicing screen is a special product in the field of commercial displays. The width of the splicing directly determines the competitiveness of the product. A conventional screen requires 5mm for a single side Boader. We are determined to challenge the extremely narrow border and stitch the two screens to 1.7mm. During the research and development process, because there was no sufficient technical reserve in the early stage, it took a year to continue to solve the stubborn product problems. Everyone was discouraged, but never had the idea of giving up. In the end, various problems were solved and the product was mass-produced. Because we are very clear that if we want to gain core product competitiveness in this segment of splicing, we must persist in innovation and breakthroughs, and there are no shortcuts to speak of.

The second innovation challenge is minimal. Huaxing started out with the large size panel business. Previously, the minimum TV panel was 32 inches, and the minimum MNT was 21.5 inches. However, this time, the company challenged the unprecedented 15.6 inches. Making such a small size for the G8.5 generation line has brought us great challenges, not only in the research and development stage, but also in the production stage. During the development process, the experience of large size gave us a lot of help, but the solidified thinking also made us make some low-level mistakes. After nearly half a year of product development, the team has accumulated a lot of valuable experience. This product has also become the first VA15.6 product on the market.

Third, we challenged the most streamlined architecture. In order to achieve extreme product competitiveness, we have produced an 86-inch screen equipped with GOA, 1G1D, and 4Mask designs through aluminum processing. This is also the largest thin-inch aluminum screen currently on the market.
