At the technical level, the Aurora A6 adopts 8-inch Wafer silicon gallium nitride chip production technology. At the same time, the product also uses technologies such as pixel isolation and anti-crosstalk microlenses to effectively solve common crosstalk problems in traditional display chips and further improve the clarity and contrast of the picture. It is worth mentioning that in March this year, a sample of a single-chip full-color micro-display optical chip independently developed by Hongshi Intelligent was successfully lit up, with a white light of up to 1.2 million nits. It is reported that Hongshi Intelligent and JBD are currently the only two Micro LED manufacturers to achieve single green mass production and shipment, and Hongshi Intelligent is the first Micro LED company to use 8-inch silicon-based substrates as epitaxial wafers. At present, the company is making every effort to promote the construction of an annual output of 10 million Micro LED micro display chips. The project has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and a total land area of 80 acres. The first phase is currently under construction of about 31 acres. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of manufacturing and packaging 10 million Micro LED micro display chips. The person in charge of the construction unit said that the project is expected to be completed in June next year and officially put into operation in the second half of the year. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan, profits of 800 million yuan, and taxes of 250 million yuan. The smooth advancement of this project will further expand Hongshi Intelligent's production scale, enhance its competitiveness in the Micro LED micro display chip market, and inject strong impetus into the company's continued development.
