Zhaochi Semiconductor: Announced two invention patents related to Micro LED chips

Recently, Zhaochi Semiconductor announced two Micro LED chip invention patents in the National Patent Office, which are a massive transfer method of Micro LED chips and a full-color Micro LED chip and its preparation method.

Patent information shows that Zhaochi Semiconductor 's massive transfer method of Micro LED chips covers several carrier substrates, several monochromatic LEDs, several transfer marks, masks, receiving substrates, etc. Zhaochi Semiconductor's invention simplifies the massive transfer process and subsequent chip packaging process by designing different transfer marks and alignment methods, and also achieves high utilization of chip transfer.

Another invention patent published by Zhaochi Semiconductor is a full-color Micro-LED chip and its preparation method. Through a Bragg mirror disposed between the blue epitaxial layer, the green epitaxial layer and the red epitaxial layer, the three-color light epitaxial layer is vertically arranged, so that the front and side surfaces of the display screen of the above chip package have the same color difference, and there is no color difference problem that the side surfaces are greenish or redish.
